Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), which acts as our processor. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type and referring page) to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. We do not use this data for analytics, do not combine it with other data and do not use it to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Theme setting
If you switch between the light and the dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
If you write to us, your message is stored by our e-mail provider, and we use your e-mail address and message only to reply and keep them as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Products
Each of our products, for example Praxema, has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to processing. Write to sebastian@bardach-technologies.com. EU and UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. Where personal data from the EU or UK is transferred to us or our providers, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Changes
We update this policy when the website or its data flows change, and show the new date at the top.
